Live via Zoom, these 30-minute monthly meditations are offered the 2nd Monday of every month at 10am and 5pm (mountain time).

Sign up: Click on the Schedule Now button below. Under “Classes” choose Meditations and then choose the relevant date and time you’d like to attend. After you sign up and pay you will receive a Zoom link to attend the live meditation.
